Return Window & Shipping

New parts can be returned within fourteen (14) days. Products must be in the original, unused, and uninstalled condition. No returns will be accepted after fourteen (14) days from the date you received your items. Certain items may be marked as "Not Returnable" or "VIN Required". These items cannot be returned and all sales are final. Customer is responsible for the return shipping of the part to us.

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a fee equal to $5 per unique part number on items $24.99 and under and 15% on items $25.00 and over. Our goal is to keep our costs as low as possible, allowing us to offer you the best possible prices on Saab parts, which is why we always encourage you to communicate with us before submitting an order. We are here to help you unlike any other Saab parts supplier, you just have to reach out.

Canceling Orders

It is the customers responsibility to order the parts they need and not the ones they don't. We encourage you to talk to us first with questions before submitting your orders. While we do our best to be accommodating in the event that you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, we reserve the right to deny that request.

Orders cannot be refused or sent back at will. Orders refused at the time of delivery will incur large penalties and may even result in abandonment of all funds paid.

If your situation allows for a return, you can initiate a return by logging into your account and going to the order, finding the part line, and generating a return.

Core Return Policies

Cores must be in rebuild-able condition with sufficient parts to rebuild and not have any visible damage. Cores must be returned to us in the box that the re-manufactured part was sent to you in within thirty (30) days of original receipt. Shipping costs for core returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like us to send you a FedEx shipping label contact customer service and we will email you on. The amount of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Returns

All warranty exchanges must first be approved by customer service. Contact customers service at 855-939-7222. We’ll need the sales order or invoice number, the item number, the quantity you wish to return, and the reason for return. We'll also need a VIN and the mileage installed and mileage removed from your vehicle. Once the return is approved, you can purchase a replacement part and we will credit you for the warranty return as soon as the defective part arrives in our warehouse. If you are not in a rush, we can send out a replacement part as soon as we receive the defective part. Let us know during the return process and we will work to suit your needs the best we can.

Most items we sell have a 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty from the date of the original receipt. Warranty claims will not be honored for parts that were damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation. Warranty claims for A/C related items must include a copy of a repair order that shows the item was installed by a qualified A/C technician. A/C compressor warranty claims must also include a receipt for a new receiver drier and expansion valve as well as a full system flush.

Warranty claims are honored on an exchange basis only. is not liable for any incidental expenses resulting from use or installation of a defective item. Additionally, is not liable for any damage.

Return Credits

Return credits are processed within ten (10) days of receipt, so allow up to two (2) weeks from the date of return shipment for a credit to be processed.
